Quality Assurance Program
Our management team and technical staff are fully committed to
all projects. We bring a solid team of
management professionals to support this effort.
We are committed to providing the planning and project execution with a level of
service that reflects our “customer-service first” philosophy. QTS has a
reputation for delivering quality products and services to our clients. We
perform scheduled and unscheduled audits and performance monitoring to track the
effectiveness of our Quality Management Plan (QMP). An example of our QMP
is shown below. Our goal is to
eliminate discrepancies and to ensure the project requirements are correct the
first time.
